A locally run dumpster company working out of one yard on the south side of Kalamazoo.

Trent Bros Dumpster Rental is a locally run dumpster rental company based at 550 E Cork St on the south side of Kalamazoo, near the airport and Sprinkle Rd. We deliver roll-off containers across Kalamazoo County, from the city itself out to the smaller cities, villages and townships that make up the rest of the county.
The work itself is straightforward: you call, we figure out which of our five container sizes fits the job, and a driver delivers it to your driveway or jobsite. Whether it's a single-room remodel, a full renovation, a roofing tear-off, or a construction site that needs regular swaps, the same dispatch team and drivers handle it start to finish.
We're open Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, for delivery and pickup scheduling, and every rental comes with a standard 7-day period, with extensions available if a job runs longer than expected. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, so payment is straightforward whichever way works for you.
We've been doing this for several years now, long enough to know which Kalamazoo streets get tight on trash day and which townships have their own road rules instead of a city's. That local knowledge is most of what separates a good delivery from a headache, and it's what our dispatch team and drivers bring to every job across the county.
By the numbers
Figures are indicative of our current operation.
Every job starts at the same place: the yard on E Cork St, where our containers, trucks and drivers are based. When you call, our dispatch team matches your project to one of five container sizes — 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 yard — based on what you're removing and where it's going. A driver delivers the container to your driveway or jobsite, and it stays for the standard 7-day rental period unless you need it longer, which we can usually arrange.
Pricing runs $350 to $750 depending on the container size, the type of debris, where in the county you're located, and how long you keep the container. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, so delivery day is just about getting the container where you need it.
We deliver to all 11 of the county's incorporated cities and villages — Kalamazoo, Portage, Parchment, Galesburg, Richland and Vicksburg — along with the five townships that round out the county: Comstock, Oshtemo, Texas, Kalamazoo and Cooper. Michigan townships are real local governments in their own right, not simply unincorporated leftovers, and that distinction actually matters on the ground — road and right-of-way rules in a township can differ from the permit process inside an incorporated city like Kalamazoo.
Distance from our Cork Street yard shapes our schedule more than anything else. Portage, south Kalamazoo, Comstock Township and Kalamazoo Township are close enough that same-day delivery is the norm. Galesburg, Parchment, Richland, Vicksburg, Oshtemo Township and Texas Township sit farther out on the county's edges, so we're upfront when those jobs need to be scheduled a day ahead instead.
Southwest Michigan sits in a real severe-weather corridor, and Kalamazoo has the history to prove it — an F3 tornado tore through downtown Kalamazoo on May 13, 1980, one of the most documented tornado events in the region's history. Spring into summer, roughly April through July, is our active severe-thunderstorm and tornado-watch season, and storm cleanup during those months tends to mean downed trees, damaged roofing and siding, and debris that needs to move fast.
Winter brings a completely different hazard. Kalamazoo sits within Lake Michigan's lake-effect snowbelt influence, and heavy wet snow and ice storms bring down tree limbs and damage roofs in a way that looks nothing like spring storm debris. Between the two seasons, we see a genuinely different mix of debris coming off Kalamazoo County properties depending on the time of year, and we plan container sizes and turnaround accordingly.
What we stand on
Every container and every driver comes out of the same E Cork St yard, so there's one dispatch team coordinating your delivery, not a network of subcontractors.
We quote within the real $350 to $750 range based on size, debris and location, and we say so upfront rather than surprising you at pickup.
Our drivers know the difference between a Vine Street driveway and a Cooper Township gravel road, and the placement rules that come with each.
Trent Bros Dumpster Rental is locally owned and run out of Kalamazoo, not a national franchise dispatching from somewhere else.
